Jalapeno Popper
Deviled Eggs
6 Hard Boiled Eggs 3 heaping tbsp Softened Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 3 strips Bacon, cooked, crumbled 1 Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped pinch of Salt & Pepper |
Peel the eggs. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolk. Arrange the egg whites on a serving tray and set aside. Place yolks in a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, mayo, crumbled bacon, jalapeno, salt, and pepper. Using a fork, stir the mix together until well-blended and creamy. Spoon filling into each egg white or place in a pastry bag and pipe into each egg white. Garnish each egg with a slice of jalapeno and bacon bits. Wrap and refrigerate until party time. Makes 12. |
